Pipedrive alerts aren't posting

TroubleshootingFor adminsReviewed Guides: Pipedrive

Something changed in Pipedrive, but no alert shows up in the channel you picked.

  • Look for “Alerts are off” in Integrations → CRM. Only a Pipedrive admin can let Freesbe hear about deals and leads. Ask an admin in your Pipedrive company to click Reconnect next to Pipedrive and sign in as themselves.
  • Check the alert takes that change. Open the alert’s ⋯ → Edit: is the kind of change ticked (for example Deals moving stage), and is the deal worth at least the Smallest deal to post? A deal with no value is left out when a smallest deal is set.
  • Check the alert is on. An alert marked Off doesn’t post. Choose ⋯ → Turn on.
  • Check the channel. Alerts don’t post into archived channels. Pick another channel with ⋯ → Edit.
  • Check what the person who connected can see. Freesbe hears about the deals and leads that person can see in Pipedrive. If their visibility settings hide a pipeline, its deals don’t post. Reconnect as someone who sees everything, such as a Pipedrive admin.
  • Send a test alert. Choose ⋯ → Send a test alert. If the sample card shows up, the channel is fine and the filters or Pipedrive’s side are the reason.
  • Deals moving stage posts when an open deal moves to another stage. Moving a deal to another pipeline counts.
  • Deals won and Deals lost post when a deal is marked won or lost, not when it’s reopened.
  • Changes to a deal’s value, owner or notes don’t post on their own.
  • Deleted deals and leads, and leads converted to deals, don’t post.

Check Pipedrive in Integrations → CRM: if it says Needs reconnecting, Freesbe was uninstalled in Pipedrive. Click Reconnect. Otherwise, email support@freesbe.net with the deal’s link and when it changed.
