Freesbe is provided by Freesbe, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 1646 W Snow Ave, Suite 169, Tampa, Florida 33606, USA. These are the documents that apply when you use Freesbe and this website. Most of them say what you'd expect from a company that works for you; the short version below is a two-minute read.
The short version
- Your work stays yours. Messages, files, recordings and everything else your team puts into Freesbe belong to your workspace. We host and process it only to run, secure and support the service, in the region your workspace chose (Terms, section 4).
- We never train AI on it, and we don't sell your information or show ads. AI features send only what a request needs to AI providers who can't keep or train on it, and admins can turn them off (Terms, section 5, Privacy).
- Your workspace sets its own rules. Its owners and admins decide who joins, what's kept and which features are on, and can see and export what's in it. If your employer runs your workspace, ask them how they use it (Terms, section 2).
- Play fair. No spam, harassment, illegal content or malware, and record calls only with the notice the law requires. If something goes wrong we usually ask you to fix it first; serious cases can be paused or closed, you'll know why, and a person hears your appeal (Acceptable Use Policy).
- Billing without surprises. Paid plans renew until you cancel, which you can do any time. Adding seats is charged right away; removing them takes effect at the end of the period. We give 30 days' notice before a price increase (Terms, section 9).
- Phone features have limits. 911 over the internet can fail without power, a connection or a current address, so keep your emergency address up to date and another way to call for help (Terms, section 7).
- What we promise, and its limits. We work to keep Freesbe available and secure; paid plans get a refund if we materially break that promise. Beyond that we don't promise perfection, and what either side owes the other is capped, usually at what you paid us in the past 12 months (Terms, sections 13 to 15).
- If we ever disagree, we talk first. If that fails, an individual arbitrator decides, not a court or jury, and not as a class action. Small claims court stays open, and you can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of agreeing by emailing legal@freesbe.net (Terms, section 16).
- Changes come with notice. We tell you 30 days before a material change, ask you to agree again in the app, and list every change below (Terms, section 17).
This summary is here to help you read the documents. It isn't part of the agreement, and where it and a document differ, the document applies.
